Our commitment

Agro Q P.C. wants its website to be usable by everyone, regardless of disability, age, device or assistive technology. Our goal is conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA.

What we have done

  • Every function of the website is available from the keyboard, with a visible focus indicator, and each page starts with a “Skip to content” link.
  • Pages have a proper structure of headings and regions, a declared language (Greek or English) and descriptive titles, so that screen readers read them correctly.
  • Images that carry information have alternative text. Decorative images are ignored by screen readers.
  • Text and background colours meet the level AA contrast requirements, in both light and dark appearance.
  • The website adapts to every screen size and remains usable when zoomed up to 200%.
  • Animations are reduced automatically when you have turned on the “reduce motion” setting on your device.
  • There are no time limits, no flashing content and no sound that starts on its own.

The accessibility menu

On every page, level with the header, there is a round green button with the accessibility symbol, a human figure with arms and legs spread (upper right on a computer, upper left on a phone). It opens a menu that lets you:

  • turn on a high-contrast or a black-and-white appearance,
  • increase the text size, the letter spacing and the line height,
  • align all text to the left,
  • choose a dyslexia-friendly font,
  • underline all links,
  • enlarge the mouse cursor and the keyboard focus indicator,
  • stop animations and hide images.

Your choices are stored only on your device, so that they also apply to the next pages you visit. No cookies are used and no information is sent to us or to third parties. See our Cookie Policy for details.

How we test accessibility

The website is tested with automated tools, which report no accessibility errors, and with manual checks using the keyboard and a screen reader. The checks are repeated when the content or the design changes.

Known limitations

  • The map on the contact page is third-party content (Google Maps) and loads only if you ask for it. The address and contact details are also given as text on the same page.
  • Links to external websites and social networks lead to content we do not control.
