Agro Q ΙΚΕ is committed to building a working environment that promotes equality, equal opportunities and equal treatment, free from discrimination on the grounds of gender.

To this end, the company has adopted a Gender Equality Plan (GEP) aimed at strengthening equality and equal opportunities in the workplace. The Plan includes actions on recruitment and career progression, access to positions of responsibility and decision-making, training and awareness-raising, flexible working arrangements, and the prevention of and response to gender-based violence and harassment.

In addition, where relevant to the nature of its services and projects, Agro Q takes the gender dimension into account in their design and implementation.

Implementation of the Plan is monitored and reviewed at least every two years, as part of the company’s continuous improvement of its practices.
